Human Resources Strategy For Researchers (HRS4R)
INESAN is an evolving research organization with the potential to rank among influential research subjects in the field of social sciences, not only in the Czech Republic, but also abroad. It fully endorses the ideas of HRS4R. Processing of the gender audit (autumn 2017) and following support of the organizational evolution of the INESAN project (supported from August 2018 from OPE,) eased the decision of management to start the process of obtaining an HR Award.
As part of INESAN´s development, we adopted the European Charter for Researchers and has begun the process of acquiring the HR Award. The first step was to send a request for involvement in the organization's evaluation process to receive a personnel award. In July 2018, the European Commission accepted INESAN's request and set a 12-month deadline for meeting the basic conditions for obtaining the HR Award.
